He doesn't live in Paris, he lives in Narbonne.
He hasn't got 10 cats and 10 dogs, he doesn't have a pet.

Présent simple

Formation:
Affirmation: On utilise la base verbale à toutes les personnes sauf la 3ème personne du singulier: BV+-s prononcé /s/ /z/ ou /Iz/.
Négation: J'ai besoin de l'auxiliaire do et de la négation not. Je les place entre le verbe et le sujet.
3ème personne du singulier: do -> does (l'auxiliaire prend le -s) + BV
Question: Je place l'auxiliaire do/does devant le sujet, le verbe est à la base verbale.


Emploi:
- vérités générales: Tigers are dangerous.
- donner des informations, des faits simples: I speak English.
- parler d'habitudes: I go to school every day
