Waitangi Day
Today's password: Waitangi Day.
It celebrates the signing of the Waitangi treaty on 6th February 1840. The Maoris and the British signed the treaty, and it founded New Zealand as a country in the British Empire. Maoris were* allowed to stay and live in New Zealand.

Today groundhogs come out of their burrows and stop hibernating. If it sees its shadow, it goes back to sleep, and Winter will last 6 more weeks.
If it doesn't see its shadow, it stays out and Winter is finished, Spring is here.

Groundhogs hibernate in Winter.
Today they come out. If it sees its shadow, Winter will continue for 6 weeks. But if it doesn't see its shadow, Winter is finished, Spring begins.
Congressmen and pupils recite the Pledge at school every day.
You stand up and put your hand on your heart and look at the flag.
It is a sign of respect for the country.
